Sir,my name is Vasudha,iam a female,iam form Telangana,my caste is BC-A,my mother died when I was a minor,the property was on my mother's name,my brothers forged my signature and took all the property without giving anything to me 22 years ago,how can I get my property back now,all the property is now on my brothers name,he forged my signature and took it,now my brother is also dead,what should I do now,there is not even my presence when the partition was done, please help me sir,how can I get my property back?

you are entitled to one share among your siblings. the alleged partition taken place during your childhood and was held against your intersts (against a minor's interests) is invalid. you can approach a good lawyer in your locality and file a case for your remidy.
