My license siezed by police due to drunk and drive what to do

Gurgaon police seized my driving licence during checking they have done it in drink and drive case. So they told me I need to go to court to get it back but only after 3 months so what would be the issue and if I need it immediately what could I do? Please help as I have to drive car daily and without driving licence it won't be possible.
Its not a issue. When fine was imposes on you. You got a reciept of chalan. That document is pemitted anywhere in india.you can show that slip as ur licence is sumitted in the court.you can not pay the fine amount before time.
