My husband family is trying to find girl for my husband remarriage without even divorce. I am not ready give divorce to my husband. I have disputes with his family members since 7 years i am not talking to my husband family members and not even touch with them. We have been married since 13 years. Since 8 months my husband behaviour is completely changed he is stying with family. I am working in Bangalore I am not able go and stay with him with his family. He is giving reason that since his family members are not ready to talk to me he doesn’t want stay with. They have told him like if he stays with me they will not talk to him. Hence he is coming once in a month for 2 days or 3 days and Go back and don’t talk to me also. If I ask anything he will only respond to that question. He is not even sharing what is planning to do. What he marry another girl without my knowledge. I can fail complaint but he come out from bail. With the court allow him to stay with second wife without divorce?
