MY GRANDFATHER MAKE FRAUD BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF MY SON WITHOUT MU PERMI

MY WIFE LIVING WITH LIVING IN RELATION WITH ME AND GIVE BIRTH OF CHILD IN MAY 2020 AND AFTER FIVE DAYS MY BABY DIED AND OCT 2020 I MARRIED WITH SAME .AND SEP 2021 ANOTHER BABY TAKEN PLACE AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE MAKE BY ME .BUT MY GRANDFATHER CREAT MY FIRST BABY BIRTH CERTIFICATE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND COMPLAIN IN INDIAN ARMY THAT I HAVE TWO SON AND HE ONLY ONE REGISTERED IN ARMY RECORD AND HIS SON TAKING BIRTH BEFORE MARRIAGE SO MARRIAGE IS ILLEGAL.I want to cancel birth certificate which created by my grandfather.
A birth certificate cannot be cancelled for any reason. If you feel that this certificate is false then you may have to get it declared as false through court of law and seek direction to the concerned birth registrar to make entries accordinlgy in the birth register.
