My full fee is ₹25k/sem. College is imposing fine at rate ₹50/day for late fee submission. No such terms mentioned during admission.also Claiming it's as per university guidelines, but university denies it.so, parents refused to pay fine also, College refuses admit cards even after several humble request. So I plan to use fake admit card but I caught. Now threatening me to take legal action on me. What can I do? nAlso my college offering distance engineering program that in not valid in India.
For the late fee submission issue, you can send a legal notice to college if the late fees charge is unreasonable and not as per University guidelines. If your college is offering a distance engineering program that is not valid in India. Then you can complain to the district education officer regarding this.
