My friends property is there in banglore but the site 2000sq ft purche

2000sq site pat perchesed when the percheging time given road but now they told me. I will not give road what can i do.

If you have documentary evidence to show that they have told you that they will give road then you can file a civil suit. If no evidence then low chance of winning the case. Hope this answers your query. Regards. Advocate A Z SHAH

It depends upon the agreement have with the builder and documents you have received from them. Hope you have signed agreement to sell if then RERA Complaint can be filed against the builder. It all boils down the proof you have with you against the builder.
