वसीयतनामे में ऐसी बहुत सी कमियां होती है जिससे उसके नकली होने के प्रमाण मिल सकते हैं असली या नकली वसीयत की पहचान एक कुशाग्र अधिवक्ता की आंखों से ही संभव है संभव है आपके रिश्तेदार ने कहीं से नकली वसीयत बनवा ली हो यह सब तो मिलने पर व दस्तावेजो के निरीक्षण से ही बता पाना सही रहेगा आप यदि मुझसे ज्यादा जानकारी चाहते हैं तो काल करे ं

kya wo will sirf uss ek property se related thi?file a civil suit for declaration of title and if the will is being imposed challenge the validity of the will. also file the suit at the earliest so that the house becomes disputed neither of the party will be able to alter the status once the matter reaches to the court ,you should also file the case for your part (gift deed has been made ) while claiming title as co owner for the property.
