my father healder brother is passed away but his wife filed the original suit claiming that she has rights in property of my grandfather but she is not legally married to my father healder brother she is wife of other person they were into adultary and started living without marriage. 1. Does she or her son's has rights to claim the property. 2. If I want to prove that she is not married legally what are the evidence required. 3. Em wondering how could they file the suit with out any original documents of the property.

No, woman in adultery does not have any rights over the property of the male partner. But the child born out of such relationship can claim his rights. Though the woman was in adultery, if the man and woman lived like husband and wife with the knowledge of the friends and family then she can claim her rights. She has to provide evidence supporting her statements.
