My Father Gave Sale gum GPA to one Person in 2008,

My Father Gave GPA in 2008( in that they written as GPA Cum Sale Agreement) and in 2015 he executed Sale Deed on His Name, with out informing to my father, in EC it was Reflecting, executed sale Deed through SA GPA given in 2008, will it valid with out signature of Principle. and in 2022 my father Expired. is that Legal , please help me the inputs, how i need to cancel that Sale Deed, can i get my Property Back??

you had to approach Civil Court for grievance and cancellation of sale deed if opportunity given to me I can file achievement suit and recovery property before that I want to contact you regarding general power of attorney

hi you could file suit for cancellation of property as it was executed by playing fraud upon the parties and on your father and that such sale deed is not binding upon you and that such agreement is not binding upon you
