My father 3 brothers and 3 sisters, my father eldest among all, my elder uncle died in 2013 leaving 2 sons and aunty, my small uncle died without getting married in 2015, after death of my younger uncle, my father and my elder uncle son moved a application for mutation in tehsil for property onwed by my younger uncle, but before mutation, my father's 3 sisters(bua) presented a false will dated 8-01-2004, that my uncle has given that property nearly 15 years before he died, its unregistered will, after getting their name on khautani, 2 sisters sold their share to another person, now the third person is trying to accuire the property forcefully without their name on khautani,1. Can I my father get a stay order on that property, so that no third party can accuire the property, my father and elder uncle sons name is not mutated on khautani yet, case is still pending for title, what shld I do? Third party is taking our property plz help. Police is also not helping us.
