MRO not giving pattadar passbooks

Hi sir/Madam, I am Ravi. My father had 2wives and I am the son of his 2nd wife.He had 5 acres of self aquired land. Recently he transfered his 5 acres of land to me through gift deed and patta. His first wife approached RDO and he stated that she should approach to civil court. Now MRO telling that I can not get pattadar passbooks and i have to compromise with my relatives. Kindly advise what we have to do. Could you please advise. Thanks! Regards, Ravi s
first you have to receive reason for refusal of issuing pattadar pass book official i.e., you have to apply RTI .than you will approach RDO. Whether the said reason is legal or not. second one is you have a chance to approach hon'ble high court..further cont advocate
