Money stuck on stock return. No response from party

22-Jan-2023 (In Civil Law)
We had taken Super stockist work for a food consumable brand, which did not work due to no sale. We have sent the stock back to them with Eway bill and proper GST return Bill and they confirmed payment would be returned to us in 10 days via email. We visited there Mumbai office also for recovery they again said in 10 days via email. But now they are not responding to calls or email. Value: 2 Lac.

Consult a lawyer with the stockist agreement and all relevant documents of the transaction to file a civil suit as per the jurisdiction of the dispute. You need to send a legal notice first and probably it will be settled upon getting the notice
