Mobile tower Booster Installation

Hello,
I am living in a apartment in Kolkata, Apartment committee decided to install a Mobile tower booster in the roof top. I am living in the top floor of the Apartment with my old parents and Wife. I disagree with this installation. Is there any legal step should I take against the committee? Please help me.
I have already given my opinion in this regard in Vidhikarya group's free legal advice so not repeating the same again herein. It is necessary to scrutinize your purchase deed to find out the terms, conditions and restrictive clauses therein.

yes you can file a 144 to stop their work if they had already started the construction of that mobile tower otherwise you can file a police complain on the basis of the side effect and medical grounds of your old parents.
