Mobile bill pending of rs16800 but i dont have money to pay them,

Mobile bill pending of rs 16800, mobile company sent me email that we will take legal action against you, i want to pay 4000 rs because i dont have more money, can they file civil case or criminal case

sir they will file a case for recovery of pending dues..please get this sorted from the Telecom company..later if they prove their case you cannot file a cross case against the company..it is advisable to understand your pending dues and clear the same..

firstly if the mobile company has not yet filed any case. so there is a chance that they may negotiate and settle the matter. my opinion is that you can offer a settlement as per your budget or may be just wait for the company to file the case and then offer your settlement.
