Mental torture from teacher putting false allegations.What to do?

I am in NIT Calicut, I accidentally took my phone to exam hall which i gave to faculty after realization of carrying a phone in exam hall,which she gave to head of department saying that i was copying from my mobile(which i did not do and she did not see).Now my HOD is forcing me to sign on a paper that i took my phone to exam hall(Half truth), and on basis of that signed paper he will give me a semester back.What should i do? i didnt signed on the paper yet.and he was threatening me to complain to dean if I dont sign it.

so far u did gud. dont sign it at any cost. also sort a complaint for missing phone. but do the same with the assistance of a lawyer in ur locality. also another option is to present a memo before the PTA regarding the harassment.
watever they cant do anything legally till u sign it. so consult with a lawyer fast n take necesaary actions.

Any malpractice in exam as copying etc should have been caught and recorded then and there. They cannot harass you like this and demand anything in writing on a later date. Need not yield. You can initiate criminal action against them for this harassment,
