We reside in South Delhi in a building consist of 4 floors including Terrence, 2nd and 3rd floor is sell to someone else we own the other floors , there is a women resides on 3rd floor with a live in partner they both age between 50-60 yrs , that lady with his live in partner create unnecessary havoc in building like they don't let us go on Terrece to check our water tanks and she threatens us that she is British citizen and will accused us in false accusations, she is indian but came from uk

Well, you can record her threatnings and put it on all Social Media Sites. Expose her, that, he she has been harrassing you to falsely implicate in cases. Parallely, with the help of such recorded evidence, you can lodge a Police Complaint and get that complaint converted into a FIR.
