Does the MCD Tribunal court at Tees Hazari Open or closed in Summer Vacation. If yes, what is start date & end date. Any emergency MCD court available in that duration?
To challange Demolition Order of MCD, what is the right way; Option 1 - To move to MCD Tribunal at Tees hazari or Option 2 - To apply for regularization of house in MCD only. After regularization, can D.O. will be nullified or still we need to move court to challenge DO. Opton 3 - Does any other court interfere in challenging D.O. Please advice.
