Loan issue from bajaj finserv card

hello, sir, i had purchased a led tv from Amazon through bajajfinserv card in November 2018. i canceled that tv on delivery date and returned to Amazon. amazon provided me a product cancellation mail on my personal mail id with an order number, product name or transection id and they also initiate the refund of the product. but the Bajaj finserv team did not cancel that loan and calling me from three months continuously. i ask them complete situation and share that cancellation mail by Amazon to Bajaj finserv mail id. now they are crossing the limit the talk with me in abusive language and also called me from a number and ask me that we are from police head quarters we are coming at your home to arrest you and again and again shout on me to pay your email other wise they arrest. on that day i went to Bajaj finserv head branch at pitam pura and tell them all the situation then a person calls on their landline he asks me to pay 7500/ - for close the loan.there is no garranty of loan clsg
