Loan default from a online company

I took 40000 loan to pay my coaching fee from a online company but iam unable to give my loan as I don't have job please give advice what I can do

It will depend upon the terms and conditions of the loan agreement that is executed between you and the company. As far as the loan is concerned you are duty bound to repay it but as said earlier it will depend upon the agreement. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

firstly you can file give them the legal notice that you are unable to clear the loan amout due to jobless and thereafter if they dont understand and still files multiple cases against you, you have the remedy to take injuction from the court against them
