Live in Agreement with married man

I am a married man. I have a son so I do not want to divorce my wife. I want to live in with my girlfriend. Is it legal to sign agreement with my girl friend ?

That's not a civil law question. And no, it is not legal to sign such document, having no validity in the eyes of law, during the survival of any if your previous marriage, presuming that you are a Hindu male and your wife is still alive. for more details, feel free to connect.

Live in relationships U have to do contract marriage call “MAITRI KARAR” and u can live ur girl friend. But u have not mentioned where r u from. Because I’m some places this agreement is not valid. So pls mention ur place

There are multiple ways to deal with the situation you are in. Some of them does include the arrangement you are looking for but in my opinion, you should consult a lawyer to be aware of the consequences of the step you are to take.
