Live in relationships U have to do contract marriage call “MAITRI KARAR” and u can live ur girl friend. But u have not mentioned where r u from. Because I’m some places this agreement is not valid. So pls mention ur place
Q: I have a divorce agreement from sub registrar and want to get divorce
I am a muslim and got divorced in 2012 with mutual consent and have sub registrar agreement which also states the custody of child is with me. I got married again as well my ex wife. I would like to know how can i get a divorce certificate and can my family member apply for it since i am out of india?\nThank you.

For divorce pitition u have to remain present in court. U have to file case in court for decree with mutual consent under section 13(b) . Court will give u decree n is valid all over world. Thank you
Q: Can court grant divorce in second motion without wife presence
I have file mutual consent divorce in June 2022 on a mutual consent grounds but now i have changed my mind and i dont want to get divorced so i am skipping the second notion hearing since then. \n\nI would like to know that if i appear in the court and denies for the divorce in front of judge then can court grant a divorce or if i remain absent during the the second motion hearing date can court grant a divorce? Or Is notarized divorce valid without decree?

If u have changed ur mind then go in court n deny for divorce. Judge will not give judgment without ur consent. Deny in written statements. Notarised divorce can be challenged in court. But have valid reasons for all these

If wife and husband are happy and agree to live with each other and if both are major then no one can interfere in there life n separate them. Go n file case against girl’s parents for unwanted interference in ur life.
Q: Demanding huge amount of money for divorce
My wife has left my house with our only child of 1 year. We were living with my widowed mom. She and my mother had issues like generally this relation have. She left the house and placed some conditions to come back. We fulfilled all those conditions like changing work place and city. But now she is denying to come back. Atlast i had applied for divorce and when she got the notice, she showered me and my family with all the cases possible like DV, 498a , dowry. These all are false cases and i have evidences to prove them.1) Neighbours who have witnessed that we have taken care of her and never did any violence to her.2) Medical bills and statements showing i have taken care of her in all her medical situation.3) Holiday trips details and photos that i have provided all the possible facilities and leassure of marriage.4) Whatsapp chats, relatives presences for convincing her to come backn5) Bank statement of transfer a huge amount to her father as a loan and to wife as FD nPls advis
