Liquor shop opened close to school and temple how to proceed legally

Hello sir, a liquor shop is opened in my area just near to school and temple. School distance from liquor shop is 15 meter and temple distance from shop is 25 meter maximum distance. Some time ago shop was closed by government but again shop is open now. Then no how can be shop closed from this area

You can file a civil suit against the licencee and Government for parmanant injunctions for shop close. First you should sent a notice to Government and licencee for close the shop which is against the law. If there is action on your notice then can file a suit against them.
