limitation to file suit against rejection of candidature by JKPSC

Sir,my form for prelims exam Kashmir Administrative Services was rejected for not having completed service of two years on 01/01/2016 by me as I am filling form as in service candidate seeking age relaxation of two years. the last date of filling form was 28/12/2016. I approached the concerned time to time for providing me any rule etc where in it is provided that Ist Jan. of notification year is date for counting complettion of 2 years service but they could not satisfy me . Kindly provide time of limitation for filing suit against Jammu Kashmir Public Service Commission for appearing me in KAS exam going to be conducted within coming days.

You will have look into the terms and conditions for applying for the KAS, however, if it is not explicitly mentioned in the eligibility criteria then you can file a suit against KAS in the concerned court. Normally, the limitation period for filling a suit is 3 years.
