Legal notice is generally sent from the letter head of a lawyer, No Vaklatnama is required for a legal notice. Your lawyer will send the legal notice himself by speed post or courier. Yes when it comes to filing of the recovery suit before court, Vaklatnama will be required. Contact 98-188-23-868.

No vakalatanama is not mandatory for sending a legal notice. Legal notice is a intimation of warning by the advocate to the person that in case he does not comply by the terms, legal action will be taken against him/her.
