Sir my late grand father late Sukra Lohar as per 1932 khatian record.My father name is BHOKNA KERKETTA aged 75 years.My father presently residing howrah , west bengal since 1973.My grand father has no documents including no death certificate.How my father get legal heirs certificate.My father how to prove that Late Sukra Lohar his legitimate father.My father Bhokna Kerketta has no documents to prove Late Sukra Lohar his father.Please help.

As per your query we woukd like to inform you that as per law you have right to prove your caste before appropriate court, for this y you have to exercise for collection of the document who will justify your right you are belong to the cast and religion I think you have to consult with the legal

first of all don't worry I understand your problem in this case first Paul you collect documentary inheritance evidence there after you may file declaration suit in civil court and get succession certificate from district court
