Legal Fight Against Builder with AoA or Without AoA

Do Residents need a registered AoA for legal fight against builder ? Or a Lawyer can also fight on behalf of Residents without having AoA.

A lawyer can fight a case against the builder without an AOA or RWA. The cases can be filed as individual complaints before the court, if needed. However, a good look at your documents will be needed.
