Legal Doubts Relating To Legal Process
07-Jan-2023 (In Civil Law)
What is the difference between the Res Judicata and Res Sub Judice? Because both looks like same please explain?
Res Judicata bars the trial of a suit in which the matter is directly and substantially in issue has already been adjudicated upon in a previous suit.
Whereas Res-Sub-Judice prohibits proceedings of two parallel suits between the same parties.
