Legal advise for student rights on regarding of college fees

As I am pursuing final years civil engineering in my college, due to financial crisis in my family by covid pandemic situation I unable to pay my college fees. So the college administration decided to, not to allow me to write my semester exam. If Thier any possiblity to take action against this. waiting with hope, thanking you.
When it comes to fees the educational institutions have their rights too and the courts cannot stop them from collecting fees. It is better to come to an arrangement with your college regarding payment of fees. At the maximum you can get an order from the court to let you appear for the exams with some conditions.
