Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am willing to sell my property & wanted to purhcase new property at another location, in this scenario I am unclear about various legal procedures regarding stamp duty, readyrecknor rates , sale agreement etc. Hence I request you to Advice on the same.

As per your query

if you wish to sell you are flat you need to see the following things

1. if there is a loan on the said flat you need to get NOC from the bank
2. if the society is formed you need to obtain no dues certificate from the society.
3. then you need to execute the sale agreement and the same needs to be registered before the sub registrar office where in your presence and the prospective purchasers presence will be required.
