Leave Without Pay During Probation Period

My wife is serving as an Assistant Teacher in a Govt. Aided educational institution since 04.07.2011. During her probation period of service, she has availed 3 extra "leave without pay" as per her authority. My worry is that, what will effect in her entire service upto superannuation.
if such leave were good and reasonable then they should not affect your wife's service records, and your wife should be ready for any kind of extreme situations if at all arises to safe guard her interests. otherwise there is no point to worry or if at all anything happens you can very well approach the court for ends of justice.
