LEASE AGREEMENT ON ANCESTRAL PROPERTY

06-Jul-2023 (In Civil Law)
Hi. I have a legal query. My maternal grandfather died before 20 years. my grandma was taking care of all the ancestral properties. She is having 5 daughters including my mother. They are not agreeing to partition the land. But we are in urgent need to take loan. My grandma is also willing to partition the land. Is it possible to make lease agreement on those land with my grandma for my mother? If not agreement, shall we do farming on that land? If either of these two, what will be the implications?

A loan against rental agreement is based on the rental of a property and the value of the loan is based on the current market value of the market. Hence a quantum of loan that can be obtained through loan against rent agreement is bigger than a personal loan
