Lawyer Not Working And Took Fees

How I can file a complaint against a lawyer who has taken fees and till date done nothing about the case.. Not even meet us or send a legal notice to culprit. Now he is coming and saying he cannot refunds fees and cannot do anything. Even when we pushed him for updates he is sending notices.
File a complaint with state bar council against the advocate for cheating and to initiate disciplinary proceedings. Hope you have made payment through net or cheque to prove your case. Feel free to contact me for further guidance if you need in this regard
