which is a government fees of land search report including advocate proffesional charges for government road project.

when you take the search in the registrar office of the land there is a few which the search clerk may pay in order to show that there was a search conducted by the search clerk. this is not at all mandatory..once you pay the fee you are entitled to a receipt by the concerned department.
advocate professional charges will depend from each individual..

There is no Government fees as such for Title Search Report for a Land. An Advocate prepares this Report & this Report makes the Intended Purchaser to feel secured as and when it comes to buying that Land.
