Sir, there is a land in my village where other people used the land for there personal use we pitition a case this land is belong to our grandfather the other party have no paper and case is running in SDO officie since 2017 and no results came out then sir what we do the land recept is generated by both mamber

well, mr. I have gone through your question , your question is of civil nature . Actually you will get relief from the civil suit , no doubt present case is up to pending since2017 is a matter of surprise .I advised you first of all consult with another lawyer with all documents and discus about it *OR* may contact me with entire documents without hesitation. Obviously, case pending before civil sdo since 2017 is a matter of extortion it can't be justified.
