Dear sir I hold old house and beside the home 15 feet site this is my grandfather purchased at 1927 last 93 Year back registered at Mysore register office now local political leader is doing roads and other works now he is asking this is grama panchayat property don't do any construction so pls help me
if you are grandfather purchase in 1927 that means you have old documents Kari Patra you have to produce before the concern Gram Panchayat office and you have to subunits represent later you can file injunction suite
