Land Acquisition by state govt. for irrigation Canal what to do

We were notified by govt on 2011 that our land will be acquired for CANAL. While some people from the same area got compensation notice as well as money in 2011, We got compensation notice in 2013 with same valuation as 2011. When we protest about the same we got compensation notice in 2016 with Land value remaining same as 2011 and solatium value being doubled. While the land value in 2016 in that area is 36000/- per decimil we have got 20500/-(Land value+ Solatium) in compensation notice. My question is 1. What is the law for compensation of Land acquisition in Municipality? 2. Will we be compensated as per 2016 land valuation if we file case in High court? 3. Any experienced lawyer who has handled such cases with success please contact.
Firstly I would like to convey you that valuation of government is different and market price is different. Always market value is greater than government value. When it comes to land acquisition the government will the price as per the valuation of government.

Law is you will compensate as per present market value of the land on which date the land is acquire by the state government . You need to approach Honorable high Court to modify the amount of compensation and interest

If you have recieved the amount on protest you can file a writ petition for enhancement as per the present price.But if you have not objected to the LAofficer your challenge to the compensation can be maintainable if you can show some documents that others got more
