Sir/Mam ,I m an student , my neighbor Kisun Kesarwani has froadly park his car in our courtyard by saying that there is having construction in his home & now he is not taking his car back & on asking he said... Is this your place... Can Law help us? Is there any LAW in Indian constitution, which can help... Can you people help..
You can file a police complaint in the nearest police station for trespass and nuisance to your property. Also, you can file a civil suit in the jurisdictional civil court seeking relief.

Then make application and send one copy near police station and one copy send owner .. then not satisfied so try on basis of sue in court .. I thought then solved this issue consider in police became try to force him
