Keeping wrong case as part of maintenance for my mother

Dear sir, Me and my brother has received land as a gift from my father and now my father has expired. We are giving yearly maintenance for my mother. Now my sister is aligned with my mother and planning to put the case and trying to take the same land which is given to me and my brother. We are giving her the maintenance amount, still is it possible to take back the registered land ?

your mother cant take back the land but she claim some share if the property is devolved ancestral and you can give maintenance to her in bank account then if any petition seeking maintenance is filed you can defend it properly so you can be protected from false cases
