Dear, It will be very premature to comment that you will be eligible to appear in another government examination. We need to verify that the contents of FIR, what and how the charges have been framed in the FIR. Thus, we need to examine the contents of the FIR before commenting on any factual positions. The charges you have mentioned are serious in nature and you have been already "fired" on those charges, so it is most probable you will not be allowed to join any government job if you get selected because the case is still pending. Remember one thing that never hide the fact of charges against you whenever asked otherwise you will face another prosecution on the charge of fraud.
