Issue of sound system from my neighbour

Can i play music in my hotel for customer entertainment because my next neighborhood is disturbing me by always calling police and police is saying me that they will take strict action so why cant i play music in my property

Yes, you can play the music in your Hotel for Customer Entertainment, but, : The noise level, being generated from playing Music, if it is at the boundary of the public place, where loudspeaker or public address system or any other noise source is being used, then it shall not exceed 10 dB(A) above the ambient noise standards for the area or 75 dB(A) whichever is lower.
