Issue of OBC NCL certificate from Maharashtra under Migration of State

Dear Sir I want to ask you a question related to my OBC certificate. I have an OBC certificate issued to me in May 2006 by Meghalaya government. But now Meghalaya government have denotified entire OBC community from Meghalaya and the same is uploaded in NCBC website. Now I m residing in Pune since last 16 years( break of 2 years-after my MBA,2005-2007). Since 2007 to till date I m in Pune for the purpose of job. Can I get my OBC certificate here in Pune under " Migration of State category " as Maharashtra centre list recognised our community as OBC (Jogi) also I m in possession of obc certificate of Meghalaya but now it's not valid. Please suggest sir. I may get a job in Government job but my age exceeded by 6 months from General category. Thanks in Advance Bidit Nath
