issue of duplicate Driving Licence

I have applied for two wheeler driving licence online in 2019 from my jometown.i got the DL number on my phone and in mparivahan app but never received the hard copy for the same. I had to leave my hometown for work and never went back to rto to enquire for the original Driving Licence . I understand the negligence from my part but I do need the original Driving licence now. How to proceed in this case .

Well, in order to get a Original Driving Licence, you need to personally visit the RTO or you can appoint an Advocate dealing with RTO cases like me to collect your Original Driving License. If there will be any issues, I can sort it out
