Recently one of my friend was viewing some adult content video and suddenly a message popped up saying like the this page has been blocked and your watching an illegal video you could get arrested for not paying the money and there was a credit card thing popping up to pay the fine but she just ignored it could it cause any consequences because of this or it is really true like such kind of rule exist
