Is there any valid permanent document for me
20-Oct-2023 (In Civil Law)
My mother inherited her part of share of land within city limit from her late father who is the only owner of the property and later the land was occupied illegally by third party the case had reached final stage will seek positive verdict to my side. Right now due to increase of land rate and the case had reached final stage my brother's want a share of land from this property too even though i only spend a lakhs of amount for case they didn't. They already inherited some other property of my mother in semi-urban area a decade ago and they transferred to their name and enjoying it currently. some years before my mother written the will mentioning me as the absolute owner of this above property but due to property located in city limit it has to probated by legal heir they won't allow to probate.Due to current pandemic situation the case not moved to next stage and my mother already reached the age of 80 is there any solution for me to have a proper document for retaining property.
In this case, your mom still alive then you bothering about probate and further make settlement deed say the entire fact you said your brother enjoying other your family properties and mentioned so for how much you spend for cases. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.
all the legal Heirs of your mother has equal share in the property if Tadpati then you should approach the court to ever that person then to clear all encumbrance and to satisfy all the legal Heirs by dividing the property are coming to a common agreement in the court or outside the court and the same should be recorded and be registered at Registrar office
