Me and a girl are deeply in love but my girlfriends ex-boyfriend is creating problem . We want to get married and our parents do not have any problem with that . But her ex-boyfriend is saying that they are already married and the mode of marriage is "Notary Marriage " , about which my girlfriend strongly denying . So is there any marriage call "Notary Marriage" in India and is that valid ? My girlfriend year of birth is 1994 , so what is the process for registry marriage ?

There is no such kind of "Notary Marriage" is provided under Law. In case if your threat to your marriage, make a complaint against him in respective jurisdictional police station.

When you have support from your respective parents please proceed to marry her. Don't worry.

There is no marriage called Notary marriage in law But in practice lovers like you who are in a great hurry to marry for various reasons get married by entering into an agreement and affidavit The affidavit is sworn before the Notary as such it is so called
The notary marriage is an illegal marriage
