Is there a legal remedy if boy declines to marry after fixing a date
20-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
About to get married, however the guy got silent after date finalizing after a small conversation of both of us. Tried to contact him, but he didn't responded. Only via messenger he refused for wedding. He is giving me mental trauma / harassment. He can't be silent after spending 5-6 months. I need a valid reason or action against him. Please help me.

Yes u can file a complain against him or so or fir by telling in the complain that this guy had promised for the marriage but no he is refusing for the marriage and he is not answering
