Is POA issued by legal parihar poa services will be accepted as valid

20-Jul-2026 (In Civil Law)
My brother works in kuwait. To do a partition deed writing we would need POA from him. He can't prepare that in kuwait. So my question is Issued POA from legal parihar poa services is valid or not? If we prepare poa and sent it to kuwait for attestation will it be valid and accepted in kerala deed writing offices.

Power of attorney has to be attested by the Sign and attest directly before an official at the Indian consulate or embassy in Kuwait. How ever most important aspect is that poa executed aborad has to be adjudicated before the sub registrars office to be of any use in Kerala. For that u need to apply before the sro and pay proper stamp duty and get it sealed from the sub registrars office. It could be done through any advocate's office

The drafting service used doesn't matter for validity — what makes the POA valid is that your brother must sign it before the Indian Embassy/Consulate in Kuwait, where the Consular Officer attests his signature, after which it should be sent to India and stamped/adjudicated at the Sub Registrar's office within 3 months of receipt (since it's executed abroad); only after this Embassy attestation and stamping will it be valid and accepted by Kerala deed-writing offices and the Sub Registrar for registering the partition deed.

you can prepare POA with sufficiently stamped to him and that can be attested and is valid. he should attest the same in kuwait embassy and and wend back it to Kerala. That is generally valid. The said document has to be drafted in Kerala and send via courier to him at his address
