Is POA acceptable while finalizing a loan and buying property ?

21-Jun-2023 (In Civil Law)
I'm in the paramilitary forces. I wish to purchase a plot of land and make construction there by taking out a loan from bank. As this is a durable process and I'm unable to attend, I want to give Power of Attorney to my father. My question is whether he can legally attend to the affairs while the loan is sanctioned or finalized at bank. Will he have the legal right to buy the land and make registration on behalf of me?

In my opinion you can give a power of attorney to your father and register the power of attorney before the office of the registrar for buy the said land and registration the land on behalf of you. but without detail discussion proper consult is not possible.
