Is it possible to round off to 60% with 59.9% inB.E degree.

B.E with 59.96% is alloted with second class in the year 1994.Isit possible to reconsider to first class of 60 %rounding to nearing 2 digits.is there any legal proceedure to apply for it.
no, there is no legal procedure to change the marks from 59.96 to 60%. you had an option when the result was out and you could have given revaluation or an exam to increase your marks but now you dont have any option to change it.
