Is it legally correct to give increments on honorarium.

26-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
I was appointed as a temporary employee in the year 2000.I was paid an honorarium @2500 per month till 2007.like had filed a case in the Himachal pradesh high court. The court granted us pensionable benefits along with annual increment from the date of appointment and other service benefits. The government also implemented the decision but gave the incremental benefits on honorarium instead of salary. Is it logically and legally correct to give increments on honorarium. ?

Dear sir, the company/ organisation has to pay you as per the orders of the court. if the court has ordered for pensionable benefits along with annual increment then the company/ organisation cannot pay you increments on honorarium basis. but to have a concrete answer it is better to have a look on the High COurt judgment and on the papers of your employment for better understanding.
